IMFG was founded in 2011, but our story began in the 1990s.
IMFG was founded in 2011, by Angus Dockrill, Dan Blatch and Scott Douglas. As young financial advisers, they had spent 15 years under the mentorship of business leaders and advisors from a previous generation, from some of Australia's largest financial advisory firms.
As specialist financial advisers in their own right, the like-minded trio set about establishing an advisory firm that looked beyond the standard financial services offering. IMFG grew from their shared belief that you can only live the life you want by planning. And while life doesn't always go to plan, your potential and success is more likely to be achieved by design than default.
