What type of advisors do we typically work with?

Experience Level: Intermediate 3-5 yrs
  • 3 to 5 years
  • FASEA qualified or intention to be so.
  • Desire to grow, receive referrals and wanting to write more business.
  • Generally, no debt on their business.
  • Needing help wit admin and office support.
  • Ideally, but not essential, using Xplan.
  • Good compliance record.
  • Open to being part of something bigger.
  • Desire to operate under the banner of an IMFG Advisor/Partner.
Experience Level: Experienced 5 yrs +

All of intermediate plus:

  • Wanting to grow but have reached capacity limits.
  • Forced to change (licensee or education requirements)
  • Great advisor but may need business support.
  • Have a good name in the industry.
  • Have happy and valued clients.
  • Desire to focus on the client exchange as opposed to the client exchange.
Experience Level: Succession or Continuity Plan 10 yrs +
  • Need for long-standing clients to be well looked after.
  • Reducing working days.
